Overview:
The Marketing Research & Content Strategist will lead a project-based initiative to develop a dedicated webpage showcasing Austin as a vibrant city to live, learn, and work in. This role is ideal for a student with strong research, content development, and marketing skills who can work independently to gather data, curate resources, and create compelling web content. The position offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and research-driven storytelling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on Austin’s industries, internship opportunities, lifestyle, and career prospects for students.
- Develop and structure a dedicated webpage that highlights Austin’s advantages as a student-friendly city.
- Gather and curate relevant data, statistics, testimonials, and local partnerships to enhance content credibility.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to align messaging with university branding.
- Identify key industries and communities in Austin that align with Concordia Texas’s academic programs and student experiences.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized and engaging for prospective students and families.
- Present a final content strategy and implementation plan for the webpage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Project Timeline:
This is a project-based position with a defined start and end date, allowing for flexibility in workload while ensuring timely completion of the webpage.
