Overview:
The Marketing & Project Management Data Entry Assistant will provide crucial support to the marketing and project management teams by ensuring accurate and efficient data entry across various projects. The position requires a minimum commitment of 10 office hours per week and offers hands-on exposure to marketing workflows and project coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Input, organize, and maintain marketing and project data across various platforms and databases.
- Assist in tracking and updating project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance metrics.
- Support the marketing team in organizing digital assets, including Dropbox folders and image libraries.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making within the department.
- Perform additional administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.
