Our Concordia professors are expertly skilled in many and various topics dealing with matters of both the Old and New Testaments. Whether it be a unique understanding based upon the original Greek or Hebrew text or insights based upon careful comparison of parallel passages, our scholars want to share their expertise. Allow Concordia to supply your church with Bible study leaders. Either supply your own topic or allow our experts to teach on their topics based upon their extensive research in their own areas of interest.
Chapel SpeakersIs your day school or summer camp in need of a chapel speaker? Concordia can send someone from our faculty or staff to give Christ-centered messages that are appropriate for any age group or special event.
Pulpit Supply and Guest Speakers
We have a number of qualified and experienced individuals that can help congregations with preaching and delivering appropriate messages for worship services, official acts, or special events. Sometimes churches are vacant and need help because they don't have a shepherd of their own. Or perhaps a pastor needs a break or a little help for one reason or another. Retreats are a time of growth and renewal. They are a special time to set aside our normal activities and focus on education, spiritual growth, and rest. At Concordia, we can help by facilitating a retreat and connecting you with resources, facilities, and leadership. Whether your focus is on missions, team building, Bible study, or some other area, we can help. We have experience in providing retreats for men, women, youth, adults, families, and those who are retired.
Support and Encouragement for Parish Pastors
One advantage of partnering with Concordia is being part of such a unique community. Here, we have many fellow clergy members who have a heart to support and encourage parish pastors. Not only do we have an insight into some of the special considerations involved as a shepherd of the church, but we also offer a safe and confidential place to bring issues of casuistry.
