Important Dates for the Fall 2020 Semester

Concordia University Texas successfully launched the HyFlex model for the Fall 2020 semester, allowing students to choose whether they participate in class on campus or online. There are important dates for you to know for the Fall 2020 semester.

Graduation Registration

All students planning to graduate in December must register for graduation through MyInfo by Friday, October 16, even if you don't plan on participating in commencement. Students will receive all graduation and commencement information via their student email accounts.

Last Day to Drop or Withdraw

Students wishing to drop a class so that it doesn't appear on their transcript or withdraw from Concordia must meet the relevant deadline. Otherwise, they will be assigned a grade for the courses, which will appear on their transcript.

Thanksgiving

CTX students will be off Monday, November 23, through Friday, November 27, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Christmas Tree Lighting

Although it will look different to accommodate social distancing, Concordia still plans to host the Christmas Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 3. Join the CTX community as we light the tree on the Pier, in celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Final Exams

For the Fall 2020 semester, final exams will take place the week of December 7. Your final grades for the Fall 2020 semester will be available on Friday, December 18.
