Called to Lead Church Worker Guarantee Program

Preparing the Next Generation of Christian Leaders at Concordia University Texas

At Concordia University Texas, we believe ministry is more than a career—it's a calling. That’s why we created Called to Lead, a new scholarship and guarantee program designed to empower students preparing for lives of service in ministry and church work.

Whether you're called to lead a congregation, guide youth in faith, teach in a Christian school, or use your gifts in music or outreach ministries, Concordia Texas is here to equip you with the spiritual foundation, practical experience, and financial support to boldly step into God’s purpose for your life.

The Church Worker Guarantee

Through the Called to Lead program, eligible students pursuing ministry-focused vocations will:

  • Receive a 25% discount on on-campus housing for up to four years
  • Join a Christ-centered, hands-on learning environment that nurtures faith and leadership

This is more than just a scholarship—it’s a commitment to walk with you in your faith journey and remove financial barriers so you can focus on growing into the servant leader God has called you to be.
