The Scheduling and Events office at Concordia University Texas exists to manage facility space on campus for various events including internal campus-related and external community-based activities.
If you are a faculty or staff member at Concordia and need to reserve space for meetings and activities, contact the administrative assistant or department head for your department/college. Any employee can view the room scheduling calendar on Tornado Times.
Anyone else who wishes to use Concordia’s facilities for meetings, conventions, workshops, etc. should contact the Scheduling and Events office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
