On November 29th, Professor Green’s Topics in Communication class will host Concordia’s first ever Twister Talks. This facilitation event will be held in the Black Box at 7 p.m. Open to all students, the topic for discussion is what it means to be in a relationship and how to apply a Christian framework. Consider it a talk about expectations versus reality. Whether it is about what defines healthy and unhealthy relationships or what not to say to an angry woman, come hash it out. There is no need to be strongly opinionated or heavily experienced with the subject matter, all viewpoints are welcome. The event is designed to encourage healthy debate on the subject, as well as to help build community here on campus. Students within the class will lead small groups in discussion in order to learn what it means to be in the facilitator position. Coffee, hot chocolate, water, and snacks will be offered to those who attend. If you have further questions, email Jill Cloud at firstname.lastname@example.org
