It is never to early (or too late) to start planning for your career. Whether you are looking for a part-time job, an internship to gain experience or full-time employment, we can help. Concordia has a trained career counselor on staff to assist students at all levels with exploring career options and making a successful transition to the workforce. 
Individual appointments are available for:

  • assessments
  • resumes
  • general career exploration



Seniors: We ask that you share information about your post-graduation plans using The Outcomes Survey.  Completion of the survey will qualify you for a drawing to win prizes, including iPads and gift cards, and will provide us with critical information necessary for career and academic advising, student recruitment, and institutional reporting needs.

You will receive an email asking you to complete The Outcomes Survey.  It should take about 5-10 minutes.  Your name will not be associated with your responses in any public way, as we will aggregate the information into reports containing no personal identifiable information.

Since a lot can change during the months after graduation, we ask that you to review and update your responses three times after your initial response; at three months, six months and twelve months after graduation.  Prizes are awarded at each stage of The Outcomes Survey, so you are encouraged to respond at each stage.

Keep an eye out for these emails in order to respond and be entered to win!



Resume Creator is now integrated into the online job search system available to all CTX students on the Sign in, use the tool to build a variety of resumes and try out various formats, then save them as Word documents to apply for different positions. Thirteen samples are posted to give students suggestions.
