Employment eligibility I-9 (PDF): The I-9 Form must be completed by the adjunct faculty member and a CTX representative within three days of being selected to teach. Present original employment eligibility documents listed on the I-9 List of Acceptable Documents to any CTX representative.
Acknowledgement of policies (PDF): Please read all policies and the handbooks carefully before signing. Questions should be addressed to your supervisor and/or HR. The following policies are those specifically referenced in the acknowledgement:
Worker's Compensation notification - please leave the name of the network blank and keep the packet for reference, returning the signature page.
Employment Agreements, Teaching Assignments & Payment:
You will receive two copies of an Employment Agreement Form by regular mail. Please sign and return one copy in the envelope provided.
A teaching assignment will be issued by the dean's office and sent to the instructor by regular mail or email. The adjunct must sign and return the form to the dean's office by regular mail, or scan and email with "real" signature (not typed), before you begin teaching the course to ensure proper and timely payment. This is the current CTX payroll schedule.
